Service Description
This service includes shampoo , conditioning and nourishing oils. The price of this service depends on the length of your hair as well as the size locs you would like. A consultation is REQUIRED to book this service ! The price of the consultation WILL go towards your final cost of your service.
Cancellation Policy
If appointment is cancelled less than 24hours in advance you will be charged 50% of your service. Remaining balance is due in CASH or a processing fee will be applied. You will NOT be able to book again until fee is paid ! Rescheduling is available for a $20 fee one reschedule per appointment. $30 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS DUE TO SECURE YOUR APPOINTMENT. Your deposit goes towards the price of your service. PLEASE BE ON TIME FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. After 5 minute grace period you will be charged a $10 late fee. After 15 minutes your appointment will be CANCELLED. Deposit must be paid to book! CASH APP IS NOT ACCEPTED!!! Zelle is accepted. Card reader is available for a 3.5% processing fee. EMERGENCY APPOINTMENTS ARE AN ADDITIONAL $50 PLEASE REMEMBER FEDERAL HOLIDAYS MAY BE AVAILABLE FOR A $35 UPCHARGE ! PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAILS!!!!!!
